The most incredible caring vets. We brought my old moggie in for a routine pain relief injection for her arthritis. Immediately the nurse flagged her loss of weight and referred her straight to the vet. The vet examined her. Long story short, they sedated her, scanned her, administered IV fluids, took bloods, clipped and cleaned her claws, gave her pain relief meds and groomed her. All I can say is this is above and beyond, especially when I wasn’t booked in. I’m forever grateful to Highgate and know that when the time comes to say goodbye to our moggie, Highgate will continue to be diligent, caring and kind. High recommend!

An incredibly warm and genuinely caring team. Their calm demeanour really reassures you that they are doing the best for your pet and from the initial contact through to the final appointment their service was phenomenal. This vet is the absolute best and I cannot recommend it any higher.

Very hot..air conditioner not coping with large glass windows. Waiting area spacious and staff and treatment really good. Ehc very expensive at nearly £300.. I've been paying £120 elsewhere. Way they handle nervous dogs excellent

We only recently moved Ozzy here, and I honestly wish we had found this practice sooner! Every single member of the team is incredibly caring and understanding, always listening without judgement. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we feel supported, whether it’s medical advice or just general guidance. It’s also wonderful to support an independent practice where you can feel the genuine passion and dedication behind every decision. Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve never met a vet like Bridget or a team so caring for our pets when we need them most. On numerous occasions Bridget and the team went above and beyond their duty to assist us with our late dog Billy. If it hadn’t been for Highgate Vets I truly do not think he would have lived as long as he did. Bridget continues to go above and beyond not just caring for the pets but also the wellbeing of the owner. There simply isn’t another practice like this for miles. How lucky are we to have it on our doorstep. When you walk in you are greeted with such warmth and friendliness and even the dogs who are nervous are put at ease with the calming atmosphere. I would and do recommend Highgate vets to every pet owner I know.

First time visiting. Receptionist's were super friendly. Vet took her time and gave the cat a thorough inspection, asked lots of questions and was really helpful. Charge was very reasonable.
