We cannot thank this vet surgery enough. Our dog, Mickey, slipped a disc and from the very first moment, Dr Max Foreman was incredible. Kind, patient and genuinely caring, he treated Mickey as if he were his own. We had to unexpectedly leave Mickey overnight initially, and then again later for his surgery. It was heartbreaking, but we had complete confidence that he was in the very best hands. Every single person at the clinic was compassionate and reassuring throughout. Mickey is now recovering well and we genuinely owe that to the skill, care and dedication of this team. He clearly adored Max too and didn’t seem in any rush to leave him when we came to pick him up, which says it all. From the very first contact with Deborah after referral, through to the initial consult, aftercare and follow-up, everyone was so friendly, empathetic, and genuinely caring. Our 1-year old Working Cocker became seriously unwell after inhaling a corn head, which lodged in his lung. After 10 weeks of investigations and treatment elsewhere, the team at Granta Veterinary Specialists quickly identified and resolved the problem without the need for invasive surgery. Their expertise, professionalism, and care were outstanding throughout, and we are incredibly grateful for the successful outcome. Special shout outs to Deborah and Annie on reception, and in particular Rob Foale (aka. Scopey Rob (soz!) for his professionalism, excellent pre-treatment bedside manner, and clear communication, which gave us total confidence at what was a very stressful time.

Granta vets provide a wonderful service, in particular Jane Ladlow. She was very caring towards my bulldog Sidney and the outcome of her surgery was a huge improvement to her future quality of life. You are in very good hands with this fabulous team.
