The appointment began on time, and we were allowed in the back door, as the dog does not get on with other dogs. His paws were clipped without fuss, so it was a good experience for both dog and owner.

I've now had all four of my pets (3 of them - Jezza, Minnie & Bonkie - pictured) seen for check-ups at our new vet's in Impington, and I've been thoroughly impressed by the friendliness, care and competence of all the staff we've encountered. I couldn't be happier to recommend this vet's surgery!

I have been going to this practice for many years - probably more than 20 and have always been really pleased with the service and care that is offered. The current team of vets, Rita, Zoe, Sorcha and Mai are all so thoughtful, gentle and considerate to all of our animals; Zoe even agreed to euthanise a poorly chicken for us and she and Nurse Kelly did a wonderful, tender job of sending our 10-year-old Beagle over the Rainbow Bridge. Tracey and the others on reception are also great - always so friendly and warm, and considerate of our nervous dog. I've recommended the practice to a number of people and can't speak highly enough of everyone there. Please keep doing what you're doing!
